Unlike Amazon, we only have one shipping day a week. In addition to your order being shipped usually mid-week:
Domestic US orders will take 3-5 business days, barring any unforeseen USPS issues, and tracking info will be updated accordingly.
Canadian orders will take 3-5 business days, barring any unforeseen Canada Post issues, and there is no tracking.
International orders can take up to 6 weeks to show up, and we can't tell you much more than that, because there's no tracking, and it goes through various postal services. Typically, it's far faster (like a week or two), but sometimes it's not. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We have zero control over what happens with the various postal services. If you've received a shipped notification, it means that your item has been dropped off at a mailbox and is on its way to you. If it hasn't made it yet, check your tracking information, and speak with your mail person.
**Again, we're not Amazon. Wish they hadn't spoiled everyone with an impeccable and quick buying and shipping process, but they did. We're just a small operation out of a bedroom in an apartment; everything is hand packed, brought to the post office, like any other small business. Please keep that in mind before losing it on us about where your order is, or really, anything.**

Caveat emptor, dude. No refunds or exchanges. Every item is really rather self-explanatory.
Do you do custom patches and pins?
Naw, we're not a factory. We will design something for you, though, for a fee. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your idea and we'll chat.
